I have emailed this company at least 7 times asking if there was a missing part to our sink strainer with pictures. They have never replied to me. My wife may have thrown away a part, but I can't get the company to confirm or deny that there is or isn't a part missing. I have also sent messages on their website asking them to respond. We purchased the sink with faucet over a year ago and the company provides no parts listing or pictures that show the drain assembly. Complaint board is my only avenue for help.
Desired outcome: A response to my email question. Is there a missing part to my drain.
I keep calling them at [protected] and get a recording telling me to call back during business hours which is when I am calling. What is going on? No response to e-mails either. Mike Sullivan
