GGSL Appliance RepairHorrible customer service and Maytag products are faulty

Made an appointment to get my recalled Maytag washer (dont recommend this brand AT ALL) with Maytags nominated service representative GGSL in Norwalk. They did not even call or show up. I called them and Maytag called them to figure out if they were coming or not. Mind you I had to take time off of my work to be there in the 4 hour window so when we were stood up, we were upset. They still are not returning or taking calls. In this economic climate, who is able to 1. Create products that can cause serious fire hazards and 2. not provide reliable customer service to correct this wrong? Extremely disappointed.

    When customer wont answer phone to verified appoiment, any service company will not show up.

    I had the same problem with them not showing up. When I rescheduled, in the notes to them from Lowes, I would not be able to get home until 2:00. They called to confirm the window between 12-4 and when o reminded them of the notes, they just canceled. They only care about themselves

    @J Decker Appointments made by extended warranty’s are from 8:00 to 12:00. And 12:00 to 4:00 in fortunately due to the nature of the business appliances company’s can’t offer específic times, techs run from 8 to 10 calls per day, will be impossible to promese especial times, sorry for the inconvenience.
