I didn't know whether to send this to Insurance Fraud or Consumer Protection. I am using my daughter's email to send this. My name is xxxx. I am very ill, and I have a very bad memory and comprehension because of my illness. I also need insurance. This company, getmed360.com, has a bunch of fast-talking salespeople who switch information around quickly to make it sound like the buyer is purchasing major medical insurance when really the product is an almost worthless coupon card. I was scammed out of $100, and I am on a very fixed income. I can barely make it to the next month.

I meant GetMed360 and not 3000 from Patriot Health...

We had the same issue and paid closed to 1000 a month for the last 4 months as the salesperson sold the plan as a healthcare plan which they were processing as a group plan with Multiplan, one of the largest heath care provider in the US...

Everything was great until my wife had to go to the doctor - twice. We received collection calls from the providers expressing that there was no coverage!

We immediately called GetMed3000 and got the run-around as to what service they were providing and I could not get any straight answer as to whether or not they were an heath insurance plan or not. In fact every time I was asking a question about it I was provided with a flurry of other benefit I was getting from them. IT IS A SCAM!
