George Tsai review: Fraud, fraud, fraud 15

I think he has been communicated with various customers lately regarding to their refund and also he has notified them as far as when the refund will be issued as well.

The most feedback regarding George Tsai can be found at AR15.com and SIGForum.com, where he was the most prolific. It was, in fact, the combined effort of SIGForum members and Det. Gubernet that finally brought criminal charges against Tsai that were successfully prosecuted. Tsai was recently arrested and jailed for approximately six (6) months for his shenanigans, and now released, still attempts to sell items online and has been caught using multiple user names to re-register on the same forums he's been booted off before.

As far as I know he has been communicating with most of his customers recently and since he is dealing mostly with law enforcement and military clients I seriously doubt he wil be out of business in the near future due to his contact with the federal govt.

Also from what I heard Det. Gubernat is no longer in charge of any fraud case due to his mishandling and incompetence of this case and as a result of this he is now in charge of the juvenile case.

For anyone reading this thread, Tac Fed is George Tsai. He's made unsubstantiated claims like these in the past in order to regain some shred of credibility. Deal with him at your own risk.

At this point of time the business operation he is runnng is not against the law and there should not be any legal consequence of his action whatsoever!

As far as what Christuan has said about Det. Gubernet that finally brought criminal charges against him. All I can say is this, he was not arrest because of the internet fraud case. and the case was never brought into trial. And at this point of time he is still engaging business on the internet and most of his clients are either military or law enforcement personnels.

Seriously he is making the system to work for him which makes his business practice perfectly legit!

Also I think it's funny that when people think this guy is having some sort of mental problem he is actually holding a credential from TSA that qualified him as an air cargo operator since he is actually working in the air cargo industry and business as usual for him since the local police dept treat this as a civil and not a criminal matter.

And and this point all the online criticism against him has either deleted or stopped due to the legal action that has been taken and for anyone who try to make any derogatory comment without any substantiated evidence about him or his business should be very careful. Thank you

Also at this point of time due to the security clearance he has obtained from the TSA he is currently concentrate on his study of INFORMATION SYSTEM SECURITY certification program as part of the requirement to work in the aerospace defense contractor industry and any internet transaction dispute at this point will be civil.
