I feel we were slammed into thus vacation club at The Jockey Club in Las Vegas, Nevada. We just got married and on honeymoon when we where approach by someone who took us to The Jockey Club and made promises as to free Hawaii vacation, tickets to various Vegas Shows. We were even told fees would be every other year, not my points. Well maintenance fees come every year via a letter with less than a week to pay to a company I guess they use to collect, we don't want yo ruined our credit, but the last few years has been difficult job and money wise. Timeshare is paid in full, it doesn't get used when we have to view RCI site for point exchange and points are missing or rules, we never heard of, are in place and charge money to book and stay. Well we should of just book through hotel sites and pay less than maintenance fees. They should be up front and honest about the amount of money it truly cost and they never send tax documents to you, especially since it's like a mortgage. It's not exclusive either for members, you can book same places on regular vacation websites. I don't have any money to continue to pay for something I don't use.
Desired outcome: To be released from Geoholiday, Starpoint, Sapphire Resorts Group Inc. Getaways Resort Management LLC. and any other companies tie to this group financially.
I have not heard from the company.
