I have save all texts including the one of your threatening me and my safety by saying that "you know where i am staying". That makes you a suspect. All the things are are saying about what Karina the treatment coordinator are untrue. She was a treatment coordinator there and you bonded with her because you both shared the same drug history and YOU know that. You were the one that requested she be there to provide your supplements, juices etc... the nurse is the one that was charged will ALL medical tasks. You are a truly sick man and these continued attacks against me online only prove this to the authorities. The dates of my arrival in Hawaii and the day i had to leave the house because of your insane and violent behavior witnessed by everyone clearly show we provided services for 8 days and we have an initialed check off sheet that the nurse kept every time she provided a service.

This is such an incredible stupidity. I have been out of the country since March 2018. Genita Everchanginglastname has obviously been accosted and while I don't cheer for anyone's misery, i strongly suspect it was done by some disgruntled patient.

dominick veliko shapko, I invite you to court in Hawaii. I have records of the nurses being there providing medical services for you. I don't even know how to give IVs, that is why nurses are hired. They require doctor's orders. I have never publically nor privately pretended to be one. That is why my clinic has a doctor. I have the contract with you as well. I also have witnesses that we performed 8 days of services out of 10 contracted and most of all the services there were only a couple of services left out of nearly 30 contracted and i gave you 1/3 of the payment back. I have text messages that i have on my phone of you accepting 5k cash back and acknowledging the 4k outstanding which made it a 9k cash return.

I have also submitted your threatening texts stating "you knew where i am" - very ominous which the police are taking seriously which is why you are a suspect now.

So please, let's go to court as I am happy to put this in front of a judge and get the court order to have these lies taken down of the internet. You are not hurting me, and your threats privately and publicly are only going to get you in trouble. when i take witness accounts of why i had to leave your house on the 8th - fearing for my safety, which everyone knows about, as you were standing in the kitchen in one of your psychotic triads, ripping your IV out and screaming at me, and freaking out the nurse - people will know once and for all who the mentally imbalanced person is here, and why - which i will indeed share in court.

Anyone reading this should note that anyone can go online and make untrue statements about another person. Especially one that can not afford to pay thousands of dollars a month for "reputation management" which i would refuse to do even if i had the money because this is from top to bottom lies and slander. Reading this thread is very disturbing and disappointing because being a patient of Miss Genita has been a truly life changing and health building experience for me. I had developed a plethora of systemic issues, but the most prominent was acute mold poisoning. In doing my research and my desire to locate a green medical model healer, I was lucky enough to find Genita Mason. The Biosanctuary, Miss Genita, her nurses, etc...were absolute God sends! I completely and whole heartedly believe in Genita's philosophies, protocols and green approach to healing all kinds of dis-ease. Nobody is perfect, and Miss Genita has had her work cut out for her as sometimes treating the acute addiction landscape as well as psyche drug dependency landscape can be very challenging personalities to manage. But, she knows what she is doing and biochemically speaking, she is truly ingenious at detoxification, rebuilding the microbiome and healing biotoxin illness as well as many many other common epidemic health issues. The truth is, that any valuable leader is going to have to navigate naysayers. And, for all of the countless successes and lives Genita has served and possibly saved, having a few despondent patients is inevitable. All I can do is share my own positive, loving and honest kudos for the program that not only healed my sick body but allowed it to thrive. If I were you, I would spend time researching Genita's incredible content that she generously shares on her website and try and look at her program through the eyes of the countless lives that have thrived from choosing an alternative method for their healing. I am one of them!

Genita now Mason is not a compassionate person. She is incredibly angry dishonest and controlling individual I ever met in my 60 years. STAY AWAY!

Genita is the real deal. She's an extraordinarily talented healer with her heart in the right place. One would be very fortunate to work with her, and her team. And I say "work" because it is work. Her program, which she is constantly refining is cutting edge. It's the best, most inspired out there. And it works. But it takes much commitment, and focus, and discipline. All worthwhile things do.

I know, as I went through her program in Costa Rica in 2010. At the end of it, I had never felt so good, nor so fit, in my entire life. It was life-changing.

There is no magic pill to correct years of either street or psych drug, and/or alcohol abuse. Many things need to come together for this to happen, but it is possible, and Genita's program covers more than anyone's. She and her program are truly inspired. But I'll say it again, it takes real work. With the appropriate effort by those who wish to see themselves better, freedom from addiction will follow. One must give the program a chance, and that means working it every single day.

It takes time to really screw yourself up. You can't expect to reverse years of damage over night and without effort. If one meets Genita half way, her program will work, and on so many levels, and faster than one would think.

Over time, as one heals, one realizes more and more, day by day, the thoroughness of this program, as it is not only measured by the degree of fitness of one's body, but the extent of personal (psycho-spiritual) revelation that accompanies the healing physical self, which obviously evidences a healthy mind as well.

At least that was my experience. And please know, I was really f***ed up when I went in.

I was really interested in going to this clinic because I am allll about trying to do things in a natural way.
I actually have had issues with AA and that it does seem so wrong and backwards. I came across a youtube video of Genita in 06 talking about AA and I was completely encouraged. I felt like it made so much sense and that there was hope. I have been doing research on her clinic because I wanted to try it. But honestly after reading all of this I am terrified. From what this person is saying, it sounds like a cross between a cult (think the movie "Beach") and a place where you will be doped up and locked up rather than holistically helped. Not to mention an astronomical price.
With that being said, Genita, I am NOT saying at all that the above is true. I really don't know since I am only a researcher reading these reviews online. And I need to be EXTREMELY THOROUGH when seeking the right place for me, being that I have been victimized as a result of scams in the past. But I will point out that I did really like your youtube videos and even though I don't understand science or ortho molecular healing, I do know that this country eats nothing but garbage and I do know AA doesn't work.
I am still going to continue to do research because I really need to find the right/holistic approach to healing. Do you have any reviews/and or information that people can read in which are positive?

I am Genita Petralli, the Medical Director of Shangri-La BioSpa when Mina Jain was there. Her accusations are entirely false and slanderous.

To summarize:

After the initial four weeks Mina was there, she was progressing so well that her father extended her stay. Right after he did that, she decided she didn’t want to stay any longer and decided to discontinue both her medications and the holistic support services we were providing her. She signed a sworn statement that she refused ALL treatment, including that of her doctor. We immediately got on the phone with her father to have him come to Costa Rica and pick her up and he could not due to work obligations. While we were trying to figure out the best course of action as her condition was deteriorating quickly she chased my chef around the kitchen with a knife threatening to kill her. It was at that time that we asked her to stay in her room and we would help her get home. The nurse stayed with her, however, we did have to confine her to her room but the nurse brought her her food and tried to get her to take her medication. We decided to have one of our comfort and care assistants escort her back to the states where her father could meet her at the airport. At the Costa Rican airport she pretended her hand was a gun and started saying “Pow Pow” and pointing to the Airport Police. They of course detained her and would not let her fly. We brought her back to Shangri-La, confined her to her room with the nurse while we discussed the situation with her father trying to figure out a solution. While this was in course, she began threatening the nurse so we had to station the nurse outside her window. Mina became extremely violent, tearing towel racks from the wall and trying to rip the sink out from the wall. She then became a threat to others and herself and by the standards of care I had to call the ambulance and get medical intervention. Mina was delusional for weeks thereafter. My staff went to the hospital to check on her and even drove her father around, helping him migrate through the process of getting her released to go home.

Mina has absolutely no recollection of this period. I have statements from my staff and a signed statement from her that she refused to take her medication and refused our services. We acted quickly, keeping the staff and her from harm – all this happened in the course of two days after refusing to take her medication; she had to be taken to a hospital that was staffed and equipped to stabilize her and calm her down for the safety of all.

Her statements are slanderous and she is using your site only to try and hurt the reputation of our health spa. I am asking that you remove these false statements. We have just learned about them and are having our lawyer contact her regarding being liable for damages.

The only comment that is truthful in her statement is that I did have an employee that was family. He provided first tier support in helping people make sure they made their appts. Etc… he was not in any position of patient care or responsibility. He worked mostly as a handyman and went on their excursions with them to monitor them.

As you can see she is not paying much attention to correct details. She claims that I opened just weeks after posting an ad for positions at the spa. You can see from the date of the post that I opened one year and a few weeks later in feb of 2010.

Also please note that she returns to vote on her own post.

If any one of our other clients were a loved one of yours, you would have wanted her out of the common areas running around with a butcher knife, threatening people. The other clients did not need to endure her demeanor and violence. They come to us for a vibrant, peaceful and caring place to ensure the best environment for a healing event. It is a health spa, not a psych ward and one people begin to demonstrate that they are a threat to others AND themselves it is time to get them into a safe and appropriately staffed environment.

This could have all been avoided if the family came out when we called to get her.

We have repeatedly asked Mina for her address so that we could bring this to court for slander and she refuses to comply with our request. This should shed some light on the lack of credibility her statements hold. So instead of participating in a fair hearing between us she instead uses websites that allow slanderous statements for ranking to unleash her very misdirected and sick anger. She continues to take down the same complaint we offer comment on to defend our organization that has helped thousands of people and resubmit her slanderous comments without our rebuttal. Our lawyers are taking the legal process to find her location so she can be served.
