Genesis review: Service

Genesis had a warranty that they would supply a loaner car if I brought my car in for service. I had called 2 times and never received a call back. Then I did get through to service and they do not offer that any longer. Part of the reason I purchased the car was due to extra services I would get, but now they are no longer offer it, but still have it posted on Genesis site.
