Generac Solar System / EHS Solar review: Fixed or remove with repairs to roof within 90 days

You have called me, and left messages and I have returned your calls leaving messages. Unfortunately, I am still having issues with my Generac Solar System.

This problem has been ongoing since the install date April 2021. I have had technicians from EHS Solar at my property on a monthly basis since the beginning. They even brought engineers from Generac at one point, and yet the problem still persists.

THE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY!

Instead of my utility bills going down, they have increased. Living in Southwest FL. The whole purpose of getting a solar system was to ensure some power during a power failure. Instead, when we get a power surge it throws the whole system out of whack, and it's always another excuse. EHS Blames Generac and Generac blames EHS. I paid $81K for nothing but aggravation, disappointment and increased utility bills. The system needs to be corrected now. Contact me ASAP please. I have carbon copied this letter to my attorney and the Better Business Bureau.
