ATTN: timeshare owners...
How many timeshare owners are experiencing the CHARGES, CHARGES, CHARGES from GBS International Inc...?
Timeshare owners please review your contract and notice that charges for reservations, guest fees or CC usage fees because of using your phone...?
These CHARGES/fees are not included in your timeshare contract. This company, GBS is over reaching (into your pockets) as the service provider.
PLEASE every timeshare owner needs to refuse to pay their charges As timeshare owners we can make a change occur and most important our contracts are binding...!

Casa Dorada Timeshare Owners. GBS International is requesting an additional $2700 for renovations to this 8 Yr Old Resort. Do not pay this fee as it is in direct conflict with our contracts that state:
This present contract cannot be modified unless through written agreement by the parties, containing the proposed modifications, prior authorization by the Federal Department of Consumer protection. Furthermore the parties herby agree that the provisions contained herein constitute the entire and sole agreement between the contracting parties.

Send letters to Luis Torres COO of GBS International

I am not happy that these fees keep going up and up and that there is an extra charge just to pay by phone

Before buying a timeshare, calculate the total cost of the timeshare, including mortgage payments and expenses, like travel costs, annual maintenance fees and taxes, closing costs, broker commissions, and finance charges. Then compare these costs with the cost of renting similar accommodations with similar amenities in the same location for the same time period. And remember, a timeshare is not an investment for profit or an interest in real estate that will likely appreciate over time. And if you try to resell your timeshare, it is unlikely you will get any way near what you paid for it. This is a good article about timeshare fees:
