It has been proven by lawyers, and knowledgeable real estate people, as well as our 1st mortgage company, Martin Gavriloff along with his scam partners sold our farm and home as a "bogus foreclosure". His partners in this horrible crime are Robert Kenney, Keith Slipper, Claire Geber, Andrea Lawrence.Justice has yet to be served here in our behalf due to the mis-handling of our case by Sonoma Co.courts, and Appellate court, upon the fact Martin Gavriloff and his attorney were not prepared .(?)We are not their only victims either. This is developing into a class action case. We are seeking justice and need a powerful, compentant lawyer to act in behalf of their victims.

Please investigate these proven criminals and partners, they are still active in predatory lending and real estate fraud and justice is long past due for my family and many other victims of their actions, they must be made accountable for their crimes which is long past due ! The San Francisco Anti Trust Division arrrested Keith Slipper in 2012 for additional real estate fraud and mail fraud and have not done anything to assist our family in any way or any other victims. Our civil rights are clearly being violated. Judge Phyllis Hamilton is the judge overseeing Keith Slippers' case. His case # is:4:12 -cr-0047. Oakland Federal Court (courtroom # 3) Please contact her immediatly and demand justice be served and Martin Gavriloffs arrest for illegally selling our family farm located at 1414 Freestone Flat rd., Freetone, Calif. Owned by the McMillan family until it was illegally seized by Martin Gavriloff and Keith Slipper and their partners in their crimes. My Contact # is [protected] please leave a detailed messege if no ansewer. We URGENTLY need help in this very important matter as soon as possible. Thankyou, respectfully, Joan McMillan and family

UPDATE : Since this original comment was posted Keith Slipper was arrested by the San Francisco F.B.I. and Antitrust Division for "rig bidding" real estate auction sales and mail fraud in the San Francisco bay area. Keith Slippers' crimes involving real estate fraud and "rig bidding" scams extend back to [protected] and expanded into Sonoma County California involving Martin Gavriloff. Together with their partners in crime sold our family farm and home which Gavriloff set up as a (bogus/ false) foreclosure sale . Our property had recently been appraised for $510, 000 . Gavriloff sold it to Keith Slipper for only $86, 000, keeping the money for himself, never paying the first mortgage or equity to the owners, our family. Only the probate lawyer Robert Kenney was paid off during this real estate scam, he was also a friend of Keith Slipper. J ustice was never served by Sonoma County courts, as Gavriloff pays his lawyers well to cover up his crimes. The Sonoma County court set up a "settlement hearing " upon which they never settled with us, and also broke Federal laws during their inappropiate hearing . Justice is long past due these criminals must be made accountable for their crimes to all their victims, there are many and my family and I lost everything, suffering greatly from their real estate scams.
