I am 40 years old and have spent seven years building and developing my account. I strongly deny using hacks, cheats, unauthorized programs, or modified game files. I contacted Garena customer support several times and appealed the ban, but my appeals were rejected. Garena stated that its systems detected the use of illegal programs, but I would like a clearer explanation of the evidence supporting this decision and a fresh technical review of my account activity. I played using BlueStacks 5 on my PC and experienced internet connection interruptions and server configuration errors. I cannot confirm whether these technical issues had any connection to the ban, but I believe my case deserves a careful and fair review. Losing my account has been extremely upsetting because it represents years of time, effort, dedication, and money spent on the game. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for transparency and a fair opportunity to have my case reviewed. I request that Garena examine the relevant detection records and explain the specific violation, if any, attributed to my account. If the review does not confirm a violation, I ask Garena to reconsider the permanent ban and restore my account.
