I purchased a Net WT .3oz bag Thursday 5/29/2014 at Rite Aid for $18.99, a box of Gambler tubes and a hand roller, Thinking by rolling I would save money. Instead I wasted a total of $31.00 The bag of tobacco was so old and dried out it crumbled into adry dust! the UPC code is:[protected] 2 on top of the UPC code reads: TAX CLASS J TP-NC-632 On the back of the bag in the lower right corner reads: 85% 15% 13 104E 1339 above that reads: (9 or an S) 387c (a)(2)(c) as I stated even the coupon for future Gambler tobacco the experation date reads 12/31/2013, thats over a year ago, and Im a coupon user those coupons are good for 6 months to a year!"" I am insisting I recieve a full refund of $18.99 plus MI tobacco tax! I am on a fixed income, disability and cannot afford to throw away money on garbage saw dust as tobacco! No excuse! i am not taking photos and downloading them! Send a prepaid envelope and Then Ill take pictures and mail it back better yet send a representative to me wadte his or her time not mine, you already have and my $$$
