i order a sched of returned overstocked material but didn't get a delivery schedule and when I went to look for delivery I received a virus took me to days to get it cleared and still don't have a delivery schedule, my order #7402 I would like to get a delivery schedule or my money back!
order a mega pallet of tools on 12/28/22 should have been here two weeks ago, ask for a tracking number, they did not respond. They failed to respond to my last email 7 days ago. Check with my CC company, the change went to company in UK. I am only a 4 hour drive from the Atlanta warehouse, should not take 30 days to deliver! I just disputed the charge with my CC company hope to get my money back. this is nothing but a fraud.
same experienced the exact same thing as above my order is 8775 please don't order from this company
with some investigation I found out that they are not even affilated with the 3 warehouses on their sight. When I searched the warehouse addresses I found there is a warning that someone has hijacked their sight as they do not take orders over the phone or internet
Please do not order from this business, they have now changed their name to BSTOCK®. The website is the same but with a new name.

I placed a order for a pallet of tools order number 2003 on Feb.15,2023. sent an e-mail asking for my order update. have not heard anything from this company. i want my payment of $69.99 refunded to me. What do i need to do to proceed with a refund or legal action ?
I ordered a 7 foot tall tool pallet from Galeor online, on 1 Jan 2023 at 06:02 am. Order No. 7079, they confirmed the order with an email (attached). I have never heard from them since nor received my pallet. I also have no way to contact them to ask about my order.
