I have only purchased this watch (GBD-200UU-9ER) a little over 2 weeks ago and only have used it 2 times over the last 2 weeks; all the time I have use it has been for leisure uses like going out for dinner, going shopping. I noticed a significant change in colour after my day trip to London. I have tried to wipe the watch like you have instructed me, and no change has occurred.
Please could you either refund me the amount or exchange the item for me.
