I’m having the worst “customer support” from G-Plans & can’t get anyone on the phone. Can’t cancel my plan. Tried to cancel last year and was told I couldn’t & would still be charged. But they reassured me they would set my account up to cancel after that. But here we are…a year later…and I was charged again. After sending an email before this renewal that I didn’t want this plan. &…going into my “paused” G-Plans app that I haven’t used in the past year to check option to cancel. But they still charged me & I’ve been email “customer service” for 2-weeks and they take zero responsibility & deny a refund. I’ve called their customer support line 10 different times & it puts you on hold & then says no one’s available and to leave a message. And no one calls me back. 😩
Attached are emails from 2020 & their reply saying they removed my subscription. Followed by another charge in 2022 & an email. And again I emailed them this year before my “renewal” period for an account I’ve tried cancelling for 3 years.
Desired outcome: Refund for all three years.
