Future Buildings review: Non refundable deposit

Future Buildings made numerous attempts contacting me, as I was looking into steel buildings. They claimed to have cancellations of orders in my area as the wild fires in California prevented delivery, "only first responders are allowed in" They "only had 2 buildings left" as the others were quickly bought and the one I was interested in the last person who wanted it their credit card was denied, but they were going to attempt another deposit that day! It was destine for some town nearby that I never heard of, so delivery was no problem. I asked specifically about the materials used in the construction of their buildings, was told galvanized steel "16-18" gauge thick. Because of this information I made a offer, which was quickly accepted. Went through the process of giving my information, was sent a order form and told to make sure "your" information is correct. They asked for the deposit even calling back a few times to make sure the deposit was made. I had mentioned a few times on the phone that I could cancel this in 3 days as is the norm in most business transactions, they didn't correct me or say anything about refunding the deposit. After this I started to think about the conversation, why didn't the salesman know the thickness of the material used, why 16-18 gauge? it's usually either/or. Why didn't they tell me about the refund process when I spoke about it. Their website shows the actual materials used and it's not "16-18" gauge. Only if you double up the panels is it "equivalent" to 16 gauge. Each panel is maybe 24-26 gauge, very thin. I then looked at the fine print on the order, it says Non-refundable deposit. They made the claim of "16-18" gauge steel, when in fact it's not. They mislead me into making a deposit on something they can not deliver, nor do they make. I am asking a complete refund of my deposit ASAP and am now awaiting their response.
