An expensive Geltouch 5000 mattress bought from Furniture Village was delivered damaged by being bent and strapped in half - contrary to the manufacturer's guidelines.
Despite my sending two letters of complaint to local store, plus one email and one letter to head office, I have still not had the courtesy of receiving a single reply.
Extremely poor after-sales service.
Furniture Village does not deserve our custom.
Desired outcome: A response, a letter of apology and a bouquet of flowers for my wife would be a start.
