Hi All want to share my worst experience with Furniture City showroom located in BTM Layout (near BTM Water tank) Bangalore. Have bought one queen size bed from them on 100% cash payment. First of all the bed which they delivered were defective when I have asked for replacement they said they will get it fixed but its been around one month no one from there side came to fix this. Have made thousands of calls to them every time they give standard answer that sir tomorrow 100% our person will come and fix your problem but till today there tomorrow didn't came. When i went to buy bed they said that they will give 2 years free service but with there current response can't trust on them any me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
BTM FURNITURE is another FRAUD Store!
It has two location:

2)Shop No.11, 100ft Road, Near Masjid-E-Mozzam, 1st Stage, B.T.M Layout - 29
The owner of the above two place is one Mr.Babu (+91 [protected]), 420 of the first kind. Never ever walk into his store to pick up furniture. My fellow citizens i'm taking this effort to pen down my experience so no other individual falls into his torture.
On a Friday evening, from Upidi Garden Jn we headed towards the Jayadeva flyover to buy furniture as there were many furniture outlet's stacked side by side of that stretch. We have checked 2-3 shops and the rates were not very appealing so continued on our search.Across the road we have spotted B.T.M Furniture so we decide to stop by the store to chec.The furniture stock Babu he had was pretty decent and amount quoted was affordable.After bargaining we we decided to pick a 3 door wardrobe, Shoe Rack and Customised TV stand.Babu said the TV Stand should be ready in 2days which would be on Tuesday hence he would send all the Goods at the same time to avoid repeated auto trips.WE have agreed for the same and paid 60% of the total amount (Which we later realised it was covering the cost of wardrobe and shoe rack).
On tuesday we conatcted babu for the furniture, His phone was switched till 4pm that evening.We he answered the phoen he said he is out of station over the weekend and could not complete the TV stand order and has requested to deliver on that Friday(which will be a week from the day of purchase).We have agreed! We then contacted on Friday, HE said is unable to provide and will deliver the next morning Saturday.Agreed again! Called on Saturday and he was unreachable till 4:00 that evening.When he answered he said the tV stand is not yet ready but he can deliver the Wardrobbe and Shoerack that evening and next tiesday he will deliver the TV Stand. That evening sent his men at 10:00pm to fix the wardrobe. The wardrobe was sent prefixed whereas AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WE HAVE SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM THAT WE LIVE IN A DUPLEX HOUSE AND THE WARDROBE NEEDS TO BE ISNTALLED ON THE FIRST FLOOR. Since he sent a installed wardrobe, he has to dismantle the whole until and reinstall it.DUring installation the rear cover 1inch sheet (6.5X4 feet) was broke in chipped pieces and he still fixed in the same manner.When I called Babu Bugger over the phone he says its very NORMAL during installation the the assole's who had come to fix told babu over the phone that its a minor damage and nothing happened.I Insisted babu to comeover and check by himself and he said he would when he is delivering the customised tv cabinet next Tuesday.By the way the forgot to mention, the Shoe rack he sent was a dispaly used piece.When i have asked him, he said he would replace with a new one while delivering the TV stand.
Started calling from MOnday, doesn not answer phone. Called Tuesday, does not answer phone.Went to his shop and he is not in the shop. Called Wednesday, Does not answer phone.Then started calling frm unknown numbers, and caught him over the phone.When asked about tehTV Stand he started sayign next day.Every day i call from a different number he said next day.One fine day out of blue he said that he cancelled the order in the factory as i have asked him to CANCEL.I was furious, didnt know how to react, i waited for 2 and half weeks for this motherfXXXXr to bring stuff and finally he says he has cancelled the order on my say which i never did.
THis Babu the properitor of the store is one dirty bugger, who does not have values, ethics, discipline, and a wholesome rogue. And can u believe it, he has a religious ringtone for his cell number(+91 [protected]).As and when you call you ur bound to listen to it.He is 420 bugger and NEVER, EVER i WILL WALK into his store or recommend anyone to his store.PLEASE GUYS DONT EVER GO TO HIM.
