Just sent the long version, but you have all of the info. Your representative helped me order my glasses while I was online, she was on the phone helping. I wanted glasses ordered withthe same info as my last pair from last year. When I received them, not only were they damaged, but they were sunglasses.

Your team laughed at me when I told them I was going to file a complaint. They wanted ME to pay for their mistakes and I would not. I was then hung up on because I got angry and said a few choice words. (my bad). Now I'm beginning to think this is more of a fraud case and am looking into options.

Here's the ONLY way this gets solved...

1. You apologize

2. You send me the correct glasses without charging me anything else. This means the new glasses will need to be the same shape on both lenses and they need to be transitions.

Other than that, I will take this all the way to court with no concern as my son is an attorney. I also employ a large Social platform department and as you may have already seen, we are posting on every site warning others of FSA Optical.

Desired outcome: ApologyThe correct glasses sent to me overnight as that's how I ordered them
