There online applications don't save the already filled application when I try to put in a complaint to the business directly they wont fix the technical problem and refuse to give me a direct supervisor in tech support to talk to
I applied for the following districts below and you have failed to fix the technological issue with importing the data of the already applied applications with completed essay questions that are exactly the same to the new school district such as Littleton school district. It has the exact field essay questions as the Washington school district I know I completed the essays and saved them in emails. The import feature button is still not working and importing the data from the prior school district which had the same essay questions to the new school district. I have put in multiple complaints on this issue and you still haven't fixed this, . I would want a supervisor to contact me as the tech support is worthless and hasn't fixed the issue. I had a fully complete application for Gilbert Public Schools for years and recently applied in April with no issues then I tried to reapply for new job postings for after April 2017 for Gilbert Public schools. Kyrene public school district they failed to address the complaint and I spent hours refiling out the essays and three hours retaking the test as they were to lazy to fix the tech request and the import button to have common fields imported. I had completed essays and applications for kyrene for years and I had to reapply due to them not fixing tech complaint. I even contacted each employer HR to try to trouble shoot when I was given no repair ticket resolution. And I was at first given a letter of intent from Kyrene until the application for current jobs and problems with this online system. I am thinking of filing a complaint with the Dept of Labor and the EEOC as I am missing out on finding jobs due to their broken website and refusing to repair their online application recruiting system. They have several websites.

See previous complaint filled out with the online complaint board that was never investigated. And current complaint with BBB. They failed to fix tech requests and complaints. They fail to keep the info of previous applications stored and to import common fields. I have missed out on jobs due to poor service, incomplete applications and they refused to provide me a tech support customer service complaint number and connect me with an email to Supervisor or Tech Support. This is my second complaint on here as my account was hacked on here and someone set the complaint to resolved when the complaint has not been resolved. There have also been issues on the sister sites also owned by the same owner as Frontline Technologies. They fail to fix tech requests and provide no applicant tech support phone number for a supervisor in tech support or email or address. My personal online applications they have not taken any steps to fix the completed applications where the information has been wiped out of it.

I applied for a job at PVUSD. I had applied for years and there has been issues ever since the company used Talented ED as there online recruiting system for teaching jobs. I provided Talented ED proof I completed the screening test for Paradise Valley And Cave Creek Unified school District. They refused to link up the results expecting me to spend hours retaking the same hour prescreening interview test. This test was required prior to an interview the district. And I completed it in 2015 before I attended any of the job school interviews in 2016. They refused to link my tests results to my new job posting applications in 2017 . They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or fix the tech requests even when I provided them the history of previous school districts and that I completed the tests. I even then retook the test this year the library and provided Paradise Valley School District the information that I completed the test andt hey confirmed they saw it and now they claim they don't have the results again. THe reset link to take the test doesn't work and for Cave creek it says that I the candidate am inactive for jobs. This online company is preventing me from having upated current applications to be considered for employment. I would like this addressed and have sent directly tech repair tickets and contacted HR and the technical issues were not fixed. I have retaken the same screening test for different districts at least ten times. Talented ED uses the same screening test for the other districts and they refused to link up the results of the tests to the current district when they had an issue with losing the information that I completed already with Paradise Valley School District. This company owns Soft Search, Talent ED, and People Admin all of which there has been issues with applying online and all of which they haven't fixed

I have multiple repair tickets that were not fixed and the tickets closed without being fixed. They refused to let me speak to a tech supervisor or provide tech supervisor email and phone number. I have to use the online application softwear as I am a teacher applying for jobs. My online applications are incomplete due to the People Admin Inc and their affiliated companies listed above not fixing my tech tickets and just closing them out completed. My job applications are then incomplete and then I miss out applying for jobs. I have proof of emails where for Cave Creek School District and Paradise Valley I had in 2015 completed the job screening test which was a requirement prior to the job fair in 2015 and they lost the link and refused to link it to my application. See complaint board link I filed with complete description. Additionally the 20 page essay questions that I had already completed are not being linked up to new districts so Avondale Elementary the commonfields button is not uploading the information. Even when I filled out repair tickets and showed them that I already answered these essay questions. They wont upload the same common field background check questions and they wont upload the same documents from school district to school district. I have emails I can forward you on all the complaints. Additionally after I completed a 20 page application the same school district I already applied seemed to lose the same info. Frequently I was locked out of the same application. The time it took to have to restart from scratch and retype due to tech requests beginning in Feb not fixed and Then all the wasted time redoing the same info has cost me to miss out on jobs and getting hired. I want this fixed. Tempe School District is blank each time and doesn't hold any info of the same application. And Maricopa I select a job and the job doesn't seem to be posted

I want all my tech requests from Feb to now fixed on the separate issues. I want my completed screening link tests linked back up onto my applications for Cave Creek and Paradise Valley School District. I want Avondale School district to be able to have the uploaded essay questions that I already completed that were exactly the same questions the essay info uploaded as the option is there to do. and I want the same background check information uploaded.
