Frist Premier Hone Warranty review: Supposed warranty for home = extra coverage

I've got way, way too much documented to "A T" on their deliberate scamming, scheme to fleece customers. They've refused service, sent repair folks who are incompetent, and refuse to pay when I had to call my own repair person who they refused to pay! They strung out one 'payment in lieu' which I did NOT agree to - when they - in writing - closed it in July, then told me I had to wait till the end of September when I tried to place a claim in late August. They never paid that either, as I'd directed them to refund my card, NOT send a check. The Agreement upon which they took my credit card payment was ignored, even when I wrote it back to them again, which clearly covered those two plumbing claims. I called 9-29, 9-30, 10-2, 10-3 & 10-4 and got shunted around with the tinny MUZAK that hurst my ears (I'd advised them to NOT do this to me as it's physically injurious)... but the last time it was 1.5 hours mostly thereof... They stated a Senior Representative was to call me back on 10-3, but they did NOT call... I sent yet another email, which was ignored. I called again today 10-4 and they kept hanging up - saying bogus things I can absolutely disprove! There are outstanding claims, which they refuse to address, no less pay! Thus, they owe thousands of dollars in repairs.. despite I gave them ample opportunity to mitigate their damages... they cast aspersions on me, plus threatened me with their 'wonderful lawyers'! So BEWARE! They're slick indeed. I certainly can and will prove they're probably FRAUDS & then will seek treble damages... too bad for their nasty choices... Their patterns of malfeasant methodologies will be on full display, especially bared in 'discovery' as they've several times asserted, they record all calls... hahahaha only IF it were funny = NOT!
