This came up on Facebook as being "loved" by one of my friends. I think it was the 18th of December 2017. I do need some money and have poor credit so I started an application. After putting in some basic information - name, address, contact number and email - I came to a screen that asked me to put in my card number and banking password!
Needless to say, I closed out of there immediately but some people are naive and might actually enter this information.
I don't know what I can do about it but I though somebody should know.
I received a call the next day asking if I still wanted a loan and I said, "no".
I contacted this company desperate for a loan to take my pet to a veterinarian as he was very sick, obviously having seizures and could barely stand. I was told by their customer service that I was pre-approved for a loan and had given them access to all my private banking and other financial details. this went on for a few hours then I called back and was transferred to a so-called senior credit manager who then said I was never pre-approved and they couldn’t help me. my pet died the next day. I just want to know why they screwed me around and gave me false hope? maybe I could’ve gotten a loan somewhere else? this has left a very bad taste in my mouth. you shouldn’t play with someone like this when a member of their family is ill! you could have just said no right away (you had my bank statement within five minutes) and I could have gotten help from a different company but you wasted half a day and that was too long for my pet of 12 years! do not use this company uncaring and dishonest.
