Freeman Health Essentials review: My in home concentrator

I woke up this morning and heard my concentrator making a loud beeping noise. I went to the room that it is in and saw the red light on. The green light was not on at all. I don't know how long it had been in that condition. I turned it off, and back on again. The red light went off and the green light came back on and it started working again.

I have been having issues with this concentrator lately. I called Health Essentials and left a message. They called me back and proceeded for over an hour to tell me that I was wrong and that I was the one that had the problem.

These could have been fatal incidents. I am on oxygen 24/7. I am very disappointed in their Customer Service and how they treated me. Three different people talked to me. And they were all very abrupt and unfriendly. After that, the guy from the shipping department called me back later and asked me if I understood what they had talked to me about. Did I understand that the concentrator was not the problem. They were telling me that I must be doing something wrong with the machine. I don't mess with the machine other than to check it and make sure that it is set where it is supposed to be or to replace the hose on it. There is nothing that I am doing to it to make it act up. I was very disrespected.

I am not normally one to complain and until this incident with this concentrator they have been good to me. I hope to get this issue resolved with them, but my trust in them as a provider for my health care equipment has lessened greatly.

Desired outcome: My desire is that the issue is resolved by providing me with a Concentrator that is in good working condition or for them to come and do a maintenance check on the one that I have.
