In 2004 my husband took out insurance with freedom life on him and I.. For over 18 years my husband paid in $16.67 every month and he passed away in November 18th 2022 never used the policy and they kept taking out the monthly premium a few months after his passing and they are telling me they only owe me $16.67.
In 2004 around the same time he also took out another insurance policy through Washington national and within a month of his passing they paid me for the 18 years he paid in and I feel freedom life is taking advantage of me and I'm gonna have to contact my attorney. I have every bank statement and original policy agreement.
Desired outcome: Do the right thing pay me my $3,000 plus that's owed to me
