Freedom Forever Solar Co., 7200 Fenwick LN., Westminster, CA review: Customer service

We had our solar panels installed June of 2022. It has been 3 months and the panels have not even been turned on. Not only are we paying the finance co.

for the panels, we continue to pay our electricity bills. At one point I was told we need a structural observation letter. I have been calling daily with no new information. Every call I make is answered by a different person, appears to be a call center in Las Vegas, NV., even though the company itself is located in Westminster, CA

I had to do this research myself since no information is given to you, one lady told me the main office is in Temecula.

When I've been told they will call me back the following day with information it has never happened.
