We had to report this problem because we are not getting any help with neither one of the three companies where involved in this project
Freedom Forever LLC is the company who build the solar panel.
Contract was signed in March of 2022 and was tolled will be done ion two (2) weeks, still up to this time we are paying bills to Excel Energy, while Xcel getting energy from my Solar for free when we paid $95,000 for the project thinking we can save more $$$,
So we are lost between Freedom Forever LLC , Mosaic, is the company that paid the loan, & Xcel Energy, and they have been blaming each other, tacking time to complete the job , & here we are losing and paying,
Mosaic, is the company that paid the loan. Should not pay for any project unless they contract the client for verify if the project is completed or send represented to check and signature for the clients, within a copy of forms signed by both, clients and Mocaic.
On 05/24 - Freedom Forever reported to MOSAIC, the solar project was completed, when Xcel Energy did not have any information about we were switching to SOLAR ( According to Xcel Energy, the solar company did not send any information). After so many calls to Xcel finally, on
07/29 Xcel Energy had the meter which was option 1, we never agreed verbally to donate the energy to Xcel, no one called and explained what is option 1, 2 or !, the form was sent to us and signed by regional Vice President of rates and regulatory affairs. Not signed by us.
I then called in August and talked to solar division staff, and they promised that they would send a note to be changed to option 2 within two weeks.
In September I called and sent email to Xcel on 09/19.
In October I called again, and they asked me to send an email, which I did on 9/19. The lady I spoke to said they will get back to me once they get to my email.
So, we have been paying a monthly loan and paying Xcel bill and supplying Xcel free energy (which we did not agree). I never signed anything because Xcel never got back to me. Someone made a mistake and I have been trying to resolve this matter with no luck. No one is willing to help, and I need to get back payment on this ASAP. I never officially agreed to anything.
I have called and sent an email to Freedom Forever to pay the energy bill. We have paid anywhere between $330-$400 per month. I have yet to hear back from them even though promised they would contact me and pay us back for this mistake, email was sent to Sam Wakefield dd 09/27 ,
We are asking Freedom forever to pay back all bills from March up to date and credit back of $10,000 for what we have been going through. No one respond to calls from home office.
Xcel Energy need to:
• Xcel to pay back for all the kw they have been getting from my solar panels as from day 1.
• A countersigned copy of the agreement for interconnection and parallel operation of distribution generation within changing from option one (1) to option two (2)
• A copy of the document and at what rate they will start buying energy from us from DAY ONE of the solar was report by Mosaic to Freedom Forever , May 25th, 2022 the project was completed though wasn’t completed.
