Franklin Lift Chairs review: Product quality

Within two years plus a few months I went through two of your chairs. Being made out of particle board does nothing for sturdiness of chair. Store replace 1st chair. Second chair broke down in the same way. My son-in-law rebuilt the one side with real wood. On the second chair the wiring sheath cracked in many places exposing wires inside. If one didn't tape the wires together one may have a rude awakening. After a bit longer the wiring must have broke in enough spots as it quit working. As far as safety this receives an F.

I called the factory and was told to. get ahold of the store it was their problem.

Doesn't the factory stand in back of their products?
