Ms. Frances Danna, onwer/broker of the Rental Pros/The Rental Professionals in Bayside, NY 11361 showed me an apartment at above address on May12, 2019 and while I liked it, decided not to take it due to it's proximity to the Long Island railroad. I work from home and my employment agreement stipulates that I work in a quiet undistrubred area.
She also misrepresented the appatment the apartment in the Trulia claiming there is use of attic for storage but the building owner siad this is incorrect.
I notified Ms Danna that I would not be taking the apartment on May 9, 2019 and asked for my money returned. She proceeded to yell and scream at me, berating me for wasting her time. I adivsed that I have the right to choose where I live
and that she also provided a receipt for the deposit.
I had filed complains with state agencies as I want my $300. returned.
Frances Danna is and not stable and a danger to innocent people who dial her number! Please don't risk the potential harm and unhinged terror inflicted by her mistreatment verbally and the very scary way she makes you think you're a problem when infact you are really a victim involved with her schemes and torment! This woman needs to be stopped and sanctioned by the State of New York as well as the the City of New York before it is too late and her anger metastases from abusive words and traumatizing outcomes for inquiring about a rental property from Frances Danna. It is not worth the cost being stuck in a psychological turnstile that lmy family couldn't get through fast enough! Beware and don't forget that you are not obligated to reveal anything that you feel isn't germain and or is demanded of you inappropriately or through any unhighed, unclear ultimatum from a licensed broker ever! Move on and protect your personal information at all costs!
