Fox River Nursery review: terrible customer service 1

Terrible customer service! I placed an order for a bonsai starter. I ordered several other bonsai starters from other vendors selling on Etsy the same day. 5 days later I had received all bonsai except the one I ordered from Fox River. When I asked why my order had not shipped yet while I had already received orders placed from competitors, someone claiming to be the owner (Debbie), said I was not the type of customer for them and cancelled my order. How absolutely rude! I am glad I did not give Fox River Nursery my business.
