Foundation Recovery Systems review: I want my basement stairs put back like they were before they tore them out

I had Foundation recovery systems come over and waterproof my basement. The salesman Brad Locker said part of the basement steps had to be removed and that they would put them back. The waterproofing was finished they did not put back my basement stairs like brad said they would I have placed a number of calls to brad he has never called me back I called the office they said they would send out a crew to fix the stairs but have never sent one. When I call about this problem they keep putting me off. I want my stairs replace like they were. they were not careful when they removed them an it is a mess.
