Fossil Hill Estates HOA review: Receiving fictitious notices

received notice on Friday July 10, 2026 that my fence was in dis-repair. there is nothing wrong with my fence. there are several other instances that I can show if needed. also I have spoken with several neighbors who have the same complaint. I have contacted the HOA before about this matter and it still continues. while there are houses in the neighborhood that are in disrepair with unsat yards the HOA continues to harass home owners that are keeping the home nice. also you may have noting to do with this but the have increased our dues and last year there was a large surplus at the end of the year. they do nothing but keep the entry maintenance and spend money sending out notices.
