Ford Accessories Online/ Ford Dealership review: Ford online accessories (refund not received for order on 9/25/21)

Please review all documentation for refund requested in September 2021! Since purchased in September I have made numerous visitations to the Ford Dealership and contacted Ford Accessories online numerous times! This case has been escalated 3 times with no resolutions!
