Footprints Floors review: Flooring installation.

On June 8, 2022 we paid $646.28 to Footprints Floors (Durham, NC) as a result of estimate 000157 to install flooring. We made numerous contacts requesting an installation date and finally got one scheduled. The August 3, 2022 installation date passed and no workers showed up. On August 5th Footprints Floors promised to send a refund "tomorrow". As of November 4, 2022 we have no flooring and no refund despite a court order (file number 22CVM3910) in our favor.
