On 11/06/2022 I went to buy food from Food Lovers Market in Jeffreys Bay Eastern. At the till my purchase was process and I paid by tapping my bank card. Waiting for the transaction to be approved I received a sms from my bank stating that the transaction was successful. The lady behind the till informed me that the transaction was declined. I showed her on my sms that it was successful, she called the supervisor that said there's a problem with the transaction and that the money will be returned into my bank account. I agree to wait for the transaction to be finalized and try to move my trolley with my food out of the way for other customers to be helped. The security lady treated me as I was a criminal in front of the public, entering my private space and grabbing my trolley. I felt humiliated been treated like that. The cctv cameras will show exactly what happened. Hope you can help to prevent this from happening to others

Before this is what happen in time it was cris and Gaynor the stuff member is get drunk at work during the time of work but cris and Gaynor they didn't see is something wrong because of also cris he used to come at work get drunk same with Gaynor son Alvanos and his friend Zinhle, Mónica, and others. same this Augst Zinhle was showing off that she going to start get drunk at work because Gaynor she knows everything that Alvanos and Zinhle friends are going to have fun during at work and after work, now what happened on this day after they brough the alcohol they drunk the alcohol and they left the bottle at the canteen. Tomorow morning I arrive I found the bottle of beer and brandy one of the cleaners run after me because she sores me that I will take the photos. Then I couldn't take the photo. But for last year I did have the photo of bottle and cider as the proof, but even you investigate they are going to denied as they did last time same with security, one of the securities of food lover she died because of alcohol last year here my proof.
