Hi Everyone, You can call me Sole Parent... Between January 2021- April 2022 I have been getting email messages from dating sites and as I have been "blocking and unsubscribing" from these sites, I am still getting their emails... And they state "I am receiving this email as I have agreed to receive their emails'... Now that I have totally been inundated by these marketing services they persist on offering"free"or"no charge"to their sites and due to my curiosity, namely: fncych.com, I subscribe to have a look into this"free"dating site and I now see on my bank statements withdrawals of amounts of $2 and upwards, and today Tuesday 12th April a total of $53.86 has been taken out of my bank account... Although I will put my hand up owning to the subscribing of their"free subscription"which proceeds to take totals of $2+ at liberty... I have emailed fncych.com enquiry line about the $53.86 taken out of my bank... The fncych.com reply was"to fax their Compliance Department & with a Certified Subpoena" for the $53.86... You would think that a refund of $53.86 would be given back in good gesture and not having to go through great lengths or some would say have to jump through all these hoops... I will wrap my complaint up with, whoever will be reading my complaint hopefully that it all makes sense to you... From the Frustrated Sole Parent.
