I applied on behalf of my elderly mother to obtain food stamps, we completed all information and uploaded documents into the EBT Florida portal. We had a letter stating we need to complete an interview by Feb 14th. I have called 4 times the case worker at [protected] Kim to complete this, It always goes straight to her voicemail. I have left her 4 messages with the case # [protected] for my mother with detailed information that we are trying to reach her to complete this interview that is required. No calls back at all. Then today I look on line and they have generated a denial letter stating WE DID NOT call in for the interview! We called 4 times! NO CALLS BACK. I am beyond frustrated at this point. Cannot even locate a number for a supervisor
Desired outcome: Response back to complete the EBT interview so we can get my elderly mother EBT services if eligible
