Florida Department of Children and Family review: Said I missed my interview

I had a interview with dcf on on 08/09/2023 at 4pm then 3 days later I get a letter saying they denied me. So I did another application then I received a letter saying a need to have another interview 11days later i called there call center speak with 2different customer service agents they said i see you called on 8/9/23 if there has nor been a change i said didnt need to call they would updated the their system now a again august 30 I received another letter dening saying i missed my appointment . This is crazy I am a victim of domestic violence abuse and I am homeless I m having a hard time finding a job my licensing are suspended because of child support I owe i was fired from my last 2job because of my ex harassing and stocking . This crazy I can't get any help and I have to jump through hoops to get these people to just press a a button and care
