Florida Department of Children and Families - Food Stamp Program review: Food stamp renewal

I received a notice stating that I had to renew my food stamps in October before October 15th I went online and did my renewal on October 7th I've been checking every day to make sure it's gone through because I normally get my food stamps on the 5th of every month it constantly says and has not changed that it says that I do not need any verifications on the front page of online pages and when I click on my benefits summary it says that I am under a technical question technical verification but it says I don't need any documents uploaded I don't need any verification on my end and it says that I'm eligible for the month of November but my the month of November did not come on my food stamp card I don't know what to do I am desperate to have that on my card that is how I survive I am homeless I live in a tent and that is my only means of eating I try to get a hold of them on any number I can find for Florida department of children's families any number that I find for Access Florida and it just press one press two you're constantly going through the system and you can never get a live person they say that their phones are over logged and it hangs up on you now I'm stuck without food stamps and without any food when I did what I was supposed to do I need help finding out what technical verification technical question means so I can fix it and quickly
