Florida Department of Children and Families Access Office review: No one answers and when they do,, they don't fix my issues

I have called the Access office at least once a week every week for the last 8 months and they still refuse to add my daughter to my account. I have sent in school records that show her address is the same as mine and still nothing. Every time I call, I connect to someone sitting in a cubicle with zero interest in fixing the problem. I am told that they "note the account and will request to have it looked into", but again - nothing. At one point, my case was denied because they said they hadn't received my proof of income but there were 4 stubs that had been processed the same day that I submitted the application. Now, even though I do not make any more money monthly and my cost of living has increased, my SNAP benefits have been cut by almost half and still my daughter is marked ineligible due to "temporary absence". It has become an absolute nightmare to deal with these people, especially since you don't get to talk to an actual person 85% of the time. I really hope they get their stuff together and get it figured out because this is ridiculous.
