My access account is locked and there is no possible way to contact someone. I have called all available numbers and went through every available option. I am either left on hold for 7 hours, yes I have the evidence of this, or they just hang up on me! The chatbot available persistently keeps telling me to call said number which amounts to nothing. You are unable to contact them via email for some reason, as it states on their website. as I write this I am again on hold. HOPING someone will pick up the phone. I am pregnant and in need of help. This is absolutely ridiculous and I can not imagine how this company continues on to operate this way. Citing covid is a long-old excuse. Not to mention how poorly that was handled as well. I went through this EXACT struggle then. Either shut it all down or properly fund it.

This has occurred ongoing over the last week as I try over and over again.

Desired outcome: I would like someone to reach out to me and help resolve this issue. And furthermore to find out why they cannot seem to resolve this long going problem or if they are taking any steps to resolve it at all.
