Florence Endocrine Clinic review: Negligence in prescription ordering

Ijoined F.E.C. for my diabetic needs. Met W/ Bryan Grissett, DO, good man. I was given a new Patients Assistance Program application as Dr. Grissette was then going to take over my Ozempic program. 1st appt. Friday, Feb. 7, 2025 @ 0830.
I returned the completed application the very next Monday. The receptionist even reviewed all the papers to insure I had complete it properly.
In the PAP by Novo Nordisk I received the RX Free. Even after they worked with me on the whole packet. The clinic sent it to my Medicare Pharma and that cost me $135.00.
I complained and demanded my money back. I was told by the female in the office, they didn't do that, that I would have to deal with that myself. I have filed a complaint with Atty/Genl's Ofc. Cigna did an investigation that was 100% protective of the doctor.
