Flooring From Shaw Corp. Sold By Lowes review: Vinyl flooring.

I bought vinyl plank flooring for my home, enough to cover most of my floors on a 1800 sq. ft. home. after about a year the flooring started to shrink. i contacted Lowes who suggested I contact the Shaw corp. who either manufactured the flooring or imported it from overseas. Shaw corp contacted Lowes and they decided to send an inspector to look at my flooring even after I sent them pictures. there is a 5 year guarantee on the flooring. the inspectors blamed it on the installation. I had two different experienced workmen install my flooring. Now Lowes said their guarantee on the flooring has expired. I have been contacting Lowes coporate headquarters but they just keep on sending form letters back to me. I feel that being of my age(82) that I will give up and go away. My generation doesnt give up or go away. whats right is right. I am contacting consumer agencies all the way from my state all the way up to federal. I have already contacted my congressman. this is just the beginning for a lousy $800. . but its MY $800. I feel like its age discrimination.
