I wish I had read the reviews before doing what I did.
All of a sudden my movies stopped playing. Now knowing what to do I called customer service and asked for their advice. They said I had to delete and install their app again. So I did and you know what happened? All of the movies I had there were deleted. You will say: not a big deal. Just download them again.
And I tried. But when I found a definite movie the app asked me to pay for this.
I informed their customer service yesterday, they have been working on this. But I am not sure they will help...
