HORRIBLE LAWYERS! I had an excellent disability case & they screwed it up, this lousy law firm worked on my case for over a year, and never contacted the social security office on my behalf, or request medical records, or any of the documents I've given them, they made me do all the work, and schedule my own disability court hearing. Their staff are lazy, incompetent, and rude.. They lost all my legal paperwork on the day before my court hearing! They called me on the phone & cursed me out, saying that; their failure to properly represent me was all my fault?, When all they did, since I hired them, was sit on their ###, doing nothing, and not even representing when I got to court!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I’m am so upset with them my husband hired them over eight months ago and we did everything we were asked to do. Then seven months later they say that he has to do a new application and sent papers to fill out with all the information we already gave them. I am a nervous wreck we are really struggling my husband had part of his lung removed due to cancer and he can’t even take a shower with out getting out of breath. I bet if he does win they will be there front and center to get paid for work they never did . They should be A shame of them self. Why be in this business if you are not going to do the job you are getting paid to do . If anyone asked me I would definitely tell people not to use them. I’m mad my husband won’t stand up for himself and won’t let me call them. We will be living on the street because they are not doing their job. And why in the world would he have to do a new application after all that time something is not right.
I hired this firm to represent me and they were incompetent at best. They failed to forward me requests for information which in turn caused me to lose my case. My hearing(s) were so unorganized that the OAR offered another chance to plead my case. The firm represented me horribly, didn't listen to me and made up what they couldn't substantiate. I had no relationship with the attorney representing me during either hearing, the first being inept and inexperienced and the other being just an all around jerk. I wasted a lot of time with this firm. Luckily my veterans disability came through for me and my family. I was so discouraged it took me 3 more years to file again.
Agree 28th same complaints. They switch you four or give times when you question them. They lose important documents in don't request records in try in con you into doing everything in them lose it when you do. I called different attorney today have appointment cause the thought of showing up to court with this firm is scary. Its been over two years in when your own Dr questions why it's taken this long. They so called lost evaluation that took two hours to full out. They claim they didn't get forms or letters of support. You screen shot mailing anything to them because the we never got them excuse only last so long. I don't care If I lose all back pay to pay new attorney I want the right people standing next to me not these sorry excuse for attorney. Now called ss office in they didn't even change my address from ten months ago I had enough of this run around in they don't care about you just the money for dragging it out. Im glad I kept most of my documents in emails in maybe file charges on them for all the added stress they put me through. I'm disabled not dumb in over the sorry excuses for bad attorneys. They really need to get it together in stop running false commercial ads. Please please do not use this firm.
I just fired Fleshner, tanoos, Stark and Newlin myself. They are horrible lawyers. They do not do their jobs in getting my medical records in order to win my case. I was told that it is my job to get assesments from my doctors. What is the purpose of having them as a lawyer if I am doing their job. Paula my case manager I was assigned to is horrible. She has a very nasty attitude. I had problems from her since day one. I am very happy I fired this firm now my disability case have a strong chance of being won by a disability lawyer that knows what their doing.
"Your Mom Knows Best" is an Idiot! It's the Law Firm's & the client's responsibility to make sure that the records are in order, and if they are too lazy to do their job, the way they should, then that law firm -SHOULDN'T BE PRACTICING LAW! And the client should fire them first, before they withdraw & do more damage to your case, than they already have.. Don't worry, most people have to same problems from crappy law firms all over the country!

Hamilton, Michael C. Garrett, Benjamin A. Jackson, Jackson R Massey, Wiiliam Sussman, Jeffery S. Bowman, and Darwin F. Johnson, whom all have had & continue to have- numerous complaints and accusations of violating the law, sexual misconduct, racism, lying about clients to cover up their mistakes, rudeness, falsifying records, and sabotaging their own clients's cases (esp. that of African-Americans)!.
