On March 4,2024 I signed a 36 month contract for service. I was told it would take about 3 months to be all up and running. We are now at 7 months into our contract and I have no service. Communication has been non existent at times. In July I became concerned that things were not moving along as they should be and started sending out emails to my company representative to which I heard nothing for over a week after sending out several un-answered emails. Then I was in contact with their supervisor and the same week long radio-silence would happen. When I made contact with the supervisor I was told I I would hear back with a resolution within a week. I have heard nothing on a resolution and it is now at 1 month.
There have been bugs in the system that are stopping their software from working correctly and I am not being kept in the loop. The entire process has been extremely frustrating.
