I received an email from the insurance company stating my policy was cancelled. As of this day 3 payments were refunded. I called this company and they transferred me to the billing department. When I questioned why this was cancelled I was told that "mba" stated I requested a full refund. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. I requested all my bills and upcoming charges related to my 12/1/2025 surgery be covered.

If you currently have coverage, your last effective date is October 10, 2025 . If your coverage has not been active, you have until October 10, 2025 to enroll for the existing plan.
They refunded all monies for the plan that I have had since October. This plan has paid providers prior to my surgery
