On Sept 5, I purchased merchandise from Finishline. I received the wrong shoes. They gave me a $20 credit for the inconvenience. I called to see had the incorrect pair been received and the correct pair shipped. They never dispatched the correct pair to be sent out and I waited 2 weeks. So I requested a refund. It's been almost a month & haven't gotten my refund! I had to keep calling for them to do anything & nothing has been resolved! I just want my money back or I'm taking further action!
