Their names are Martha and Carlos! They will talk behind your back in Spanish (and English) if they feel you to be a nuisance, of doing a better job than them. This is from correcting their prices to item finding, and service knowledge. If it weren't for being the bigger adult in the space, the police would've been required.

The customer is always, ALWAYS right! It doesn't matter how many nasty girls yell "Martha!" in urban holler nearby, I've seen people leave the job because they were on the side of the customers and questioning the practices and intensities of both Martha and Carlos. Most check-out employees are fine and without them, this supermarket would've closed ages ago. Shopping here a few times for the first time this year (2022) and already have seen so many errors. More people need to call them out. To those who are, keep doing it. You are right! They are wrong! Double check, triple check yourself because they couldn't care less. They no longer check their catalog and have the audacity to be frustrated at the customer for having more accessible knowledge than them. Don't let them scare you. You don't scare anyone, Carlos!

Desired outcome: Locals desire an improved change in management, improvement and clarity of the services available. Their prices and transactions also need to be transparent and gestured with the utmost respect, from all employees.
