Felicity Shelties TN is awful place. I wanted to buy a puppy from them but when I came to see the puppy I started crying. The woman-owner is bad man. She doesn’t care about the dogs. She” forgets” to feed them. All of them have dystrophy. I will contact Humane Society…
I had a seven year old Sheltie, not from Kerri Denter who had to be put down due to a brain tumor and we were devastated. When I started looking for a puppy again I came across Felicity Shelties - and the picture of our dog “ Layla”. I called Kerri and told her our story, not only was she sympathetic and kind but reduced the price and had her shipped to us in Albany, New York. She is happy, healthy, beautiful and way, way too smart. She will be 8 in November. I will always remember her kindness and would buy another from Kerri without hesitation. I was required to sign a spay contract and did it without hesitation even though she was so beautiful and I would have loved to breed her. A deal is s deal. I would give Felicity Shelties and Kerri Denter a one hundred star rating and my eternal gratitude. Thanks again Kerri and I’m so sorry you had to be put through all of this . Nadine, we bought a sweet sheltie girl from them too. She was born on 11/8/2010.
I had to have her put to sleep last weekend because of a suspected brain tumor.
I am devastated. She is the best friend I have ever had.
I wonder if they were part of the same litter.
It has came to the knowledge of reputable breeders across the board that this post was made and other related posts by a COOPER MURPHEY from Tupelo MS. He has slandered a reputable breeder bcause he wanted unlimited registration on a puppy that was sold to him as a companion animal and not a breeding animal. After harrassing the above said breeder because she would not change the registration, he made posts to this board and other scam sites like this to tarnish the reputaion of the above said person. It is terrible that this site and others DO NOT check facts before allowing a name to be put out there. It is believed that he may be a puppy mill himself searching for dogs to add to his collection. He is mass emailing breeders across the country as well in search for other dogs. It was also said that the dog he purchased from the said individual he slandered has been killed. Terrible indeed on whos part?
I cant believe people go to extents to tarnish a reputable person. I have purchased 3 dogs now from Kerri and would do so again in a minute. She guaranteed all of the genetics even eyes with my dogs! I love them, they are gorgeous, she was very easy to work with, and I didnt pay no 1200.00 for a dog. Slander and this site should be against the law. How sad! :(
I have a little tri male that I bought from Kerri when she was still in Michigan and he is the best litle man. He is healthy, still great on thyroid function at 7 years young and has remained clear on all of his testing. Kerri has a VERY clean home and kennel. The puppies are well cared for, vaccinated, wormed, and CLEAN. You may not agree with breeding, but Kerri is not a puppy mill producer or backyard breeder. Her contract includes a health guarantee as well. Drake has the best personality and is a great therapy dog. I would buy from her again in a heartbeat.
My husband and I have purchased two dogs from this breeder - a puppy and an adult dog - at different times. Both dogs were very healthy and extremely well taken care of at the time of purchase, and continue to be very healthy several years later at present time. My husband has been to this breeder for pickup and speaks very highly of what he saw there as far as the care and treatment of the dogs. The puppies were being treated like royalty there, being blowdryed after their bath and having a ball playing in the house. Kerri is a very reputable breeder and I would not hesitate to purchase another dog from her in the future. And, no, we did pay $1, 200 for either dog, both of which were of champion bloodlines.
Funny thing is this person posting the complaint didnt even know if she is a man or a woman until the last complaint. Sounds like a foreigner who can barely speak english. Theres such things in the US of A thats called slander.
It's EASY for this EVIL woman, Kerri Denter, to LIE! Our Veterinarian HAS Diagnosed my puppy from her as having Corneal Dystrophy (Hereditary...from her dogs he was Bred from!). Undoubtedly she has only been Breeding dogs for a few years; and the owners of the puppies from her HAVEN'T REALIZED that their puppies could contract this disease later in life! Not All dogs contract this disease; BUT...The one's that Do WILL SUFFER GREATLY with ULCERS in their eyes...BEFORE...THEY GO BLIND! We're SO GLAD I Realized my puppy had this problem Early...So we are TREATING HIM with medicine in his eyes...if the problem Does get worse; we plan to drive our dog MANY MILES to be treated. There has been NO Guarantee that he won't eventually GO BLIND!
This woman DID BLEED ME DRY For Money! I believe this other Complaint that she saw the puppies this woman bred SUFFERING!
Someone STOP this woman from breeding dogs to SUFFER!
HELLO! This is Kerri Denter. All of my dogs are well cared for, fed to the point they are a tad overweight, and all have health testing. This is an attempt by a competitor or a related PETA group to tarnish my reputation. I never had a person come to my home to look at a puppy and start crying. That I will swear on my life. It is well to bad that people have nothing better to do but slander other folks. Dystrophy has to be diagnosed by a veterinarian. If I should ever find out whom is slandering my name, I will sue for slander. This information is false and incorrect. Best wishes, Kerri Denter
