feemsr.com review: Unauthorized use of card

Hello,
As I was reconciling my bank statement today, I noticed a charge for 38.59 from a site called FEEMSR.com on August 31. The site does not exist! I think it might be a pass through from several adult dating services, but I'm unsure.
I called the number on my bank statement. It was [protected]; a recorded voice said "someone" was using that number without permission. Sounds like a spoofing.
